防风抑尘网设计和施工主要分为四部分
The design and construction of wind and dust control net are mainly divided into four parts
（1）防尘网地下基础：由预制混凝土块或现场浇注地下基础。（2）防风网支护结构：工程设计按风力风速设计参数。采用钢支架支护，支架主要给“挡风抑尘墙”提供足够的强度，抵御强风的破坏，其次考虑整体美观。支架主体选用钢管，采用钢筋砼支柱作“挡风抑尘墙”的支架。
(1) Underground foundation of dust screen: the underground foundation is made of prefabricated concrete blocks or cast in situ. (2) Windbreak support structure: the engineering design is based on the wind speed design parameters. The steel support is adopted, and the support mainly provides enough strength for the "wind and dust suppression wall" to resist the damage of strong wind, and then the overall appearance is considered. Steel pipe is selected as the main support, and reinforced concrete pillar is used as the support of "wind and dust suppression wall".
(3) 挡风板安装：使用寿命15～20年。使用环境温度：－40℃至+80℃,连接采用螺钉和压板固定。挡风抑尘扳的具体尺寸、弯曲度、开孔率应根据堆场的实际情况进行设计。
(3) Installation of wind shield: the service life is 15-20 years. Operating ambient temperature: - 40 ℃ to + 80 ℃, the connection is fixed by screws and pressing plates. The specific size, curvature and opening rate of the wind and dust suppression wrench shall be designed according to the actual situation of the storage yard.
（4）挡土砖墙：为防止雨雪后煤泥水外溢，挡风墙下部可设置1.2—1.5米的挡土砖墙。
(4) Retaining brick wall: in order to prevent the coal slurry from overflowing after rain and snow, 1.2-1.5m retaining brick wall can be set at the lower part of the retaining wall.
